About
A permanent record for modern messaging
We build the data layer underneath the nineteen messaging networks businesses run on every day. The office is in the Antwerp diamond quarter, which is not a coincidence.

Origin
Born on Hoveniersstraat
High-value wholesale commerce moved onto WhatsApp, Signal and Telegram years ago. In the diamond offices along Hoveniersstraat, six-figure transactions close inside thirty-second voice notes. Two months later an invoice dispute arrives and nobody can find the original audio on an employee’s personal phone.
The software industry answered that shift with web widgets that charge per conversation and wipe message history after twelve months. That treats messaging as temporary support traffic rather than the operational record it has become.
CommunicationOS is the archive layer that was missing. We ingest, transcribe and index every message, voice note and attachment across every network into one searchable workspace that survives staff turnover, handset changes and the passage of years.
Where we sit
Hoveniersstraat 30, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium
The building is inside the secured diamond district. Our first eight customers are within a four-minute walk, which is how a bug report reaches us before it reaches a ticket queue.

Three things we hold to
The archive is yours
Your message history is company property. Export the whole thing in open formats at any moment, without a penalty or a phone call.
History does not expire
Customer history should not run out on a ninety-day timer. We index conversations permanently, so a pricing commitment from 2016 still answers in milliseconds.
Fast and unbloated
Native clients and typed pipelines. The interface answers the keyboard immediately, and there is no spinner between you and your own data.
Founders
Two people, one problem
Ben Auerbach
Chief executive
Ben worked inside physical commodity trading desks in Antwerp before starting the company. He watched six-figure deals get agreed in thirty-second voice notes, and he watched the same firms lose those recordings when a phone changed hands. He runs the commercial side and still sits in customer offices most weeks.
Adam Albastov
Chief technology officer and software architect
Adam built the platform. Nineteen channel adapters, the ingestion pipeline, the permanent index, the encryption layer and the agent SDK are his architecture. He answers support tickets about the systems he wrote, which is the fastest debugging loop we have found.
We are hiring engineers and operators in Antwerp and across Europe. Four roles are open right now.
See the rolesWho we build for
Trading houses, certification bodies, exchanges and one telecom operator. Every one of them measures a lost message in money.
Ten live networks, one workspace
Connect your first accounts in ten minutes. Unlimited teammates and permanent history indexing on every plan.
