The conversational record
Commercial transactions moved off corporate email and onto WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal. In diamond brokerage, maritime logistics and European wholesale distribution, agreements worth millions are negotiated and settled inside chat threads and voice memos.
The software built for that traffic was designed for website chat widgets and per-ticket email. Those vendors charge by the conversation and purge history after a year, which leaves the actual need unmet: a permanent, searchable system of record across personal numbers and private accounts.
We sell the unmetered version of that infrastructure. Universal channel adapters plus permanent indexing, starting where a lost message turns into a direct financial loss, which is the Antwerp diamond trade.

The archive compounds
Every month of transcripts, media and extracted commitments raises the cost of leaving. The workspace turns into operational memory the customer cannot rebuild.
Nineteen adapters
Paired sessions, hosted relays and mail sync are unglamorous work with constant protocol drift. Nobody rebuilds that for fun, and nobody rebuilds it quickly.
The SDK goes underneath
An MIT SDK and MCP servers put us beneath other people's products, where the integration is done by their agent and the data still lands in our index.
