How we define a connected account
A connected account is a single WhatsApp SIM, mailbox, Telegram login or Signal number. It is not an employee seat. Connect two WhatsApp numbers on Starter and invite thirty teammates to work them at the same time.

Billing questions
What counts as a connected account?
One active external channel. One WhatsApp SIM, one Telegram login, one IMAP mailbox. The teammates reading and replying through those accounts do not count against the limit.
What happens if I go over my indexed storage?
You get a notice at 80% and again at 95%. We never delete history and we never drop incoming traffic. Move up a plan or add a 50 GB block for $15 a month.
Do you charge per message or per user?
Neither. There is no per-message fee, no per-conversation fee and no seat fee. Receive a million messages and add two hundred people without the invoice moving.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the higher limits until then.
Is there a free trial?
Fourteen days on Team, with the full AI suite, history search and every live channel. No card needed to start.
What does the annual discount work out to?
Twelve months for the price of ten. The annual invoice is $390 for Starter, $790 for Team and $4,990 for Scale, billed once up front. The monthly figures shown on the cards are that total divided by twelve.
