How a connection works
Three ways accounts connect
A network gets connected one of three ways. Which one you get depends on what the network allows, and we tell you which before you start.
01
Official platform APIs
WhatsApp Cloud API, the Slack Events API, Microsoft Graph. Webhooks registered against a business account you already own.
02
Paired device session
Scan a QR code and the number stays yours. Covers personal WhatsApp, an MTProto user account and a Signal linked device.
03
Hosted relay hardware
iMessage has no server API, so we run a dedicated Mac in a European data centre, one per tenant.
A network we do not list yet
Enterprise accounts can ask for a network that is not on this page. Adapters share one payload shape, so a new one arrives in your inbox reading like the rest.
Ten live networks, one workspace
Connect your first accounts in ten minutes. Unlimited teammates and permanent history indexing on every plan.
