Can the AI read scanned PDF attachments?
Yes. The document model reads multi-page scans and puts the details it finds inside the inbox next to the message.
Does connecting a mailbox change how it works elsewhere?
No. Mail keeps arriving in Outlook or Gmail exactly as before. We read alongside, index it, and send from the same address when you reply here.
